ADHD SUPPORT
What is ADHD coaching?
ADHD coaching is a specialist, collaborative process designed to help you manage the challenges of ADHD and live a more fulfilling life. Through supportive, relaxed conversations, your coach will work with you to develop practical, personalised strategies that align with your needs and goals. Rather than viewing ADHD as something that needs to be fixed, coaching focuses on uncovering your strengths and using them to navigate difficulties, build confidence and move toward the life you truly want.
You don’t need an ADHD diagnosis to benefit from coaching.

THE PROCESS
How ADHD Coaching works
AWARENESS
We meet regularly (usually weekly or fortnightly) and talk about the challenges you’re experiencing, what you want to achieve and what might be getting in the way.
ACCEPTANCE
Together we learn how to work with your ADHD brain. We talk about your strengths, what motivates you and how you can harness these to help you in your daily life.
ACTION
We create strategies and solutions to address your specific problems. So that you have a clear plan to work towards your goals.
ACCOUNTABILITY
The coaching process naturally leads to increased self-accountability. I can also provide more formal accountability tools in the form of technology and reminders.

THE IMPACT OF MY COACHING
What my clients say
As someone with lots of ideas, but not always the direction and focus to turn these ideas into workable projects, Margaret is an invaluable asset! I definitely encourage you to book a session.
Katie Brown
It’s been amazing working with Margaret. I’ve been able to tackle so many challenging events with much more confidence, and my ADHD is so much better controlled now. I really struggled with organisation, and Margaret has given me some great ways to structure my life. I've also been much better with money, and my impulsivity is under much more control than it was.
Helen Gaskell
Coaching has helped me see things through the ADHD lens as well as realising how I'm using my strengths. This is really making me less emotionally attached to difficult situations and see them more as victorious ones. Now I feel more empowered and confident.
